*Based on individual patient tolerability of certain adverse reactions (diarrhea, weight loss), the dosage may be reduced to 9 mg twice daily.7
†The dosage of JASCAYD® must be reduced to 9 mg twice daily when used concomitantly with strong CYP3A inhibitors. The dosage of JASCAYD® must NOT be reduced to 9 mg twice daily when used concomitantly with strong or moderate CYP3A inducers (and pirfenidone).7
